SAINT JOSEPH, Mo. -- The St Joe Mustangs trigger the 10-run rule to mercy win the game against the Clarinda A's in the eighth inning in a 17-7 victory.
The Mustang's overall record improved to 37-7, while their conference record improved to 33-7.

The Mustangs put four more on the board with Felix and Jordan Black's doubles and Ike Book's sacrifice fly to make the score 9-2.
The A's scored one in the third with a single, and Felix responded with his own RBI single to make the score 11-3 in the third.
